I used to play in a Blues Bar in Soho, London and the guy introducing me always made a deal of forgetting my name. He knew who I was, just didn't like who I was I guess. Well I decided to write a signature song (so to speak) something that would have my name plastered all over it - The Idris Davies Blues (And Don't You Forget It) or something like that. Well this is the song I came up with, only problem is I don't mention my name anywhere in it at all!
